Catching Up With Betty

Hi everybody!

I have been away from my blog, but now it's time to catch up!

I've have a great summer of traveling.

My friend Jim and I took a super toad trip up to Ashland, Oregon for the Shakespeare Festival.  Yow!
It was fun!

We stayed at a great hotel.

We saw a couple of plays, including Richard III.

Here's our hotel at night.  That's my window to the right of the Columbia sign.

There was a great movie theater down the street.

We had a good time taking pictures too!

Hope you are having a great summer!

We missed you. Too hot on the East Coast to do very much outside.
My peeps are doing crafty things and reading..I'm watching Bird TV and sleeping.

I"m about 5 weeks behind you on the Oregon gig. Glad you had fun and I think I'd like that hotel where you stayed.

Welcome home! It sounds like you had a great time. Ashland is such a pretty little town. My husband grew up just up the road from Ashland in the Medford area.

Glad you're enjoying your summer. I've been wondering how that garden of yours is doing. Imagine that, me thinking about gardening...maybe I should get out and travel a bit, eh?
