Back From San Francisco!

I had a great trip to San Francisco with a Certain Very Nice Man!

The city!  This was taken from the top of the De Young Museum.

We went to Chinatown and had big time fun.

The Bay Bridge--lit for two years.  The lights change constantly.  It was fantastic!

At the sea shore.

We hiked a lot!

I have always wanted to walk across the Golden Gate Bridge and we did it!  It was so much fun!

We spent our last night at Fisherman's Wharf.

Loved our time together!

AH Betty, it looks like a wonderful way to spend a week with a certain nice man. I'm sure that week was better then a week at work any time ;o)

Did you know that there is the same woman in most of your pictures?

Ah, you got to see the light show on the Bay Bridge! Lucky, lucky you!! Isn't San Francisco the most beautiful place. I haven't been there for years, but I loved all the pastel-colored houses on the hillsides. sigh.

I'm having a spring sale on all my vegan, handcrafted soaps on now through March 21. Hope you'll stop in!

Beautiful photos. Isn't that a great thing about having a blog? You have somewhere to share all those pictures you take. It looks like you had some amazingly beautiful weather for your visit, too.

I have family in San Fran that Miss Chef and I really need to go visit. Not sure how I'd handle all those hills, though. It might end up being a whiny vacation.

I've always wanted to see San Francisco (just as I'd love to see New Orleans). Thanks for allowing me a look at it through your eyes.

I went to San Francisco once when I was about 12 years old. My aunt was teaching in Nevada and, when she was ready to return to this coast, she flew me out there to drive back with her. Fantastic trip! I loved San Francisco! Glad you had a good trip!

It sounds like you had a great time! I've been to SF a million times and have never walked over the bridge. Fisherman's Wharf equals sea food dinner! At least to me it does...

SF is a great city. I lived there for 2 years (a million years ago). I was always amazed that it seemed as if around every corner was another absolutely stunning view!
Glad you had fun.
