Monday Morning Flowers

Happy Monday Morning!!!

Raise your hand if you get today off.

Ah!  Happy Times!

We had a gorgeous weekend here!

These beautiful trees are breaking into blossom all over town.  They are so pretty and when the wind blows, the petals come down and for just a second you might think it was snow.

All this good California weather has us all ready to plant flowers!

That's what I'll be doing today.  I intend to have my hands in potting soil most of the day, planting some gorgeous flowers in pots for the patio and front porch.

Hope you have a wonderful day!

All my life I have tried to pluck a thistle and plant a flower wherever the flower would grow in thought and mind.

Yes for day off! My son however has to teach today in order to make up a day they had off (no power).
Jealous about getting to plant flowers. Suppose to have snow tomorrow :o(

I'd like to reverse that and wish the snowflakes were petals! :)

I'm getting anxious for Spring!

Have a good week!

Ahh, I'm itching to get working in the garden, but that's not for a few more months here.
Meanwhile, my hand is up as my province is one of the few that celebrate Family Day.

At first glance I did think that first picture was snow, and then I realized that spring is coming to your corner of the world. That means it will come here to, which makes me both happy and tired. :) Love that Abraham Lincoln quote, he was a great man.

Wait.. here, it IS snow. Like Leah said, it'll be a while but mine is one of the other provinces that has today off as well. Lovely flowers as always.

Ooh, Happy sweet Monday, dear Betty . . . Even though it is really Wednesday. I am a tad late on the Monday greeting, but wish you joy all the same!

Snow and cold in Ohio. I have always wanted to see CA. A dear lady who blogs here passed away on the 19th. Feeling bad about that today. She would have loved your pictures as I do

Wow. How exciting! I wish I could say the same. A little too cold to do that here. I can't wait for the time, however. Enjoy yourself!

I love when the Bradford pears bloom! Not such a fan of their fragrance but that lovely drifting petal snow is so gorgeous!
