Tea. That's Right. Tea.

Hello My Blog Friends!

Hope you had a great holiday!

What do you think of the new template?  I decided it was time for a change.

Let's talk about tea today. Do you love it?  Do you hate it?

What's your favorite?

Here's my current obsession.

You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.

I drink a lot of tea every day and a lot of different kinds. Right now I am sitting in bed with my ipad catching up with blog friends and drinking Chai tea. Yum yum!

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas my friend. Love the photo of kitty with the itty bitty hat on - too cute!

I just made a pot of chai and brewed a gallon to cool for iced tea.

Love about every flavor and kind in your picture.

I used to drink tea every single day. I mean, you just aren't truly a southerner if you don't drink sweet tea- that's just sacrilege! LOL But a cuppa hot tea? Not so much unless I'm not feeling well then it's hot green tea with honey and lemon. I used to have a cup when the weather was cold but, recently, I've discovered Trader Joe's organic espresso blend coffee and realized, rather quickly, that I do enjoy that little morning buzz. :) How are your boys doing?

You've bleached your blog! ;)

Add me to the group of Chai lovers. Stash or Tazo, in particular. That Constant Comment with orange rind and spice is very nice too.

I'll often mix teas to get a different flavour or strength. I unimpressed with most green teas but I know they're beneficial.

I've only met one herbal tea that I like, and that's apple cinnamon.

Blueberry tea is one of my favorites! :-)

Sorry, I'm not a tea drinker. Iced tea with lots of lemon once in a great while, as long as it's not swimming in sugar.

Tea southern style meaning, ice tea with lots and lots of sugar and lemon.

I like herb teas. Commercial are fine but we collect or grow our own such as mint, silver mound wormwood, Labrador Tea...you get the idea.

I've been drinking tea since infancy. Really. My favorite for daily use is Choice Organics Earl Grey teabags but when I take the time to make a cup with loose leaf, I like Harney and Sons Earl Grey Supreme. I also enjoy a nice Darjeeling. I grew up on Lipton for iced tea but now use Choice Organics "Classic Black" and often add a green tea bag to the mix. I like many other teas for an occasional afternoon treat but Earl Grey will always be my mainstay. Btw, I have that same quote at the bottom of my Tea With Dee blog. :)

Hi BB of course we like your template...'cause like you so whatever you do is hunky dory with us.
OH BB my sis is a loose tea addict too. Her two favorites are Golden Monkey and Assam (I think that spelling is correct). Mom loves hot tea but she is still using bags.
She likes Constant Comments, Gray Lady, English Breakfast and a few others that she cannot remember the names of presently. She likes honey in hers too.
Hugs Madi and Mom

Hi Betty! First, I do like your new template! I'm a big coffee drinker, just plain old black coffee... and no, I'm not a tea drinker....except for iced tea in hot weather! Every now and then, though, I like a cup of a flavored hot tea in the fiercest of cold days!

Coffee is more my speed, although sweet, iced tea, is a good thing.

Sure looks different around here! I almost didn't recognize the place.

English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Jasmine Green Tea, Vanilla White, Cranberry, Lemon, Lime and Ginger... if it's tea, I love it :-)

On my mac, the new format is a little naked looking. As far as tea, have you seen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eELH0ivexKA

I used to only drink tea before my obsession with coffee. I still enjoy it now and then though. I don't have a favorite but there are several different ones that I really like

I like your new template.
I drink coffee in the mornings but once in awhile I want a cup of tea in the afternoon. I always have some tea bags on hand.

I am not a refined tea drinker--just Southern with ice cubes and lots of sugar and lemon.

I hope you have a nice New Year, Betty.

I wake up with a cup of regular ol' Lipton. And I use Sleepytime at night, when I know I need a full night's sleep and the body will rebel!!

I can't help myself - I like the white background but I want to move BOSSY BETTY in your title photo so that it lines up better. :)

Happy New Year Betty! It's been an interesting year for both of us.

I agree with C. S. Lewis on the book but as for the tea, I'd prefer coffee, or maybe gum :)

Happy New Year, Betty!
