Thank you, Kind People for all you good wishes yesterday on the occasion of my Blogoversary!
I am currently obsessed with pictures taken when I place my phone on a flat surface and take a picture of whatever is straight above it.
Here is the ceiling of one of the waiting areas at the Los Angeles Airport.
Here's hoping whatever is above you is at least as interesting.
Have you looked up today?
Happy Looking Up Thursday!

Morning BB
Mom just took out the trash...she looked up to say good morning to a happy birdie who was chirping at her.
Hugs and here's to looking up.

Odd ceiling - looks more like a floor.
I will make a point of looking up.
well that's an interesting obsession (at least you'll know if something is about to fall on your head)
I can see a whole new photography exhibit based on this in L.A.!
Ha!! What a fun idea!!
Hugs

I love your obsession! I used to always look up at the ceiling and imagined if the world turned upside down. How you'd have to step over the door jambs between rooms, and sit around the light fixtures for dinner.
How fun! I need to try that!
This is a fun tradition. I see a lot of dust and cobwebs above me. I guess that means I should clean...
That is a great idea, to look up. Just think how many different ceilings you are going to get pictures of. Should be interesting. Take care.
When I look up at my desk I see two hooks that I still would like to use, that maybe once held a huge light with a chain in the seventies.
I look both up AND down, which is why I have raindrops on my glasses AND one un-earned nickel today!

oo if i stare at that long enough i might start to see things...smiles.
I love seeing what you see. It helps me to look at the work from different lenses. LOVE that!
Here's to looking up!
:) Yes, I have.
a lot of interesting things can be found when you look up
Once again, I am under that filthy outdoor ceiling fan.....someone should REALLY clean that thing.....
I was outside most of the day looking up at gray, gloomy skies and wishing for the promised sunshine.
I was looking down today--house cleaning day. Blech. :( But it smells nice!
Pretty cool! We probably miss a lot by not looking up. :-)
I love looking at things in new ways!
I will do this and think of you~ :D
Congrats on your blog anniversary~

Great idea. I'm a little afraid to do it because lately our little web-spinner spiders have been coming indoors to get warm and dry ...
that's a fun theme for photography! Always good to look up :)there might be ninjas lurking in the rafters. happy blogoversary!

Well, now I know what their ceiling looks like. Thanks. LOL
All the time I spent waiting at LAX, I never thought to look up and count squares.
Belated happy blogoversary, dear Betty!
