Monday Morning Flowers and Apples

Good Monday Morning, My People!

Hope you have a happy week ahead.

Here are your flowers to get you started off right.

And Bonus!

Our Fuji Apple tree is producing the yummiest apples.

It's the first year we've had a harvest.

They are delicous!

Now if only little cups of caramel dip grew beside the apples....

Somebody needs to get started on that project right away.

Even if I knew that tomorrow the world would go to pieces, I would still plant my apple tree.

A lovely bloom, and the apples sound good. I wanted to get out and lookover the new crop and get some ,but never found the time.I make a homemade caramel to dip them in.

Thanks for the flowers and apples Betty. The honey crisp apples are almost out of season here--they are the best.

Such a beautiful yellow for this sunny morning- reminds me of Deanie (DD2) whom I miss terribly while she's living in DC. Yellow is her favorite color! Thanks for giving me a mental image of her smiling face this morning.

Hmmm....caramel dip beside the apple tree...yep. Sounds like a plan! LOL

I bought a gorgeous bag of Cortland apples and a jar of caramel at Trader Joe's on Saturday.

Could not resist! :-D

Don't go to Trader Joe's hungry.

Especially not if they have chocolate covered toffee.

One piece a day: how bad can it be?

Those are such pretty flowers and yummy looking apples. Get that caramel ready right now. We will be right over. Sorry I haven't been to visit, been busy running an auction for a needy cat. Take care.

I'm on it, Betty (the caramel growing from a tree thing). Just don't get your hopes up too high. If I figure it out, I'm not likely to share the product. Did you plan this post for the week of Rosh Hashanah (Wed we dip apples in honey)? Good timing.
Love to you,
xoRobyn

Fuji apples are my favorites! How wonderful to have your very own tree.

Those apples look great. Our tree didn't do so well this year. Might have been the two hurricanes, the earthquake and the flood.

I love fruit straight from the garden. It's best. A tree to grow caramel cups would be awesome.
