Birthday Wrap-Up!

Hi My People!

Just a quick note.

Thank you all for the good wishes for HOB's birthday!

We had a great time celebrating.

We rented a boated and sailed around one of the beautiful nearby harbors.

Evan was more than happy to be our captain for much of the trip.

Today we travel from California to Colorado for my niece's wedding.

I'll check in from there.

Hope you all have good days!

Initially, I thought that was a photo of HOB and I thought "Dang! Betty's got a young husband!" and then I read.....oh. Well, not that HOB isn't young or anything....it's just that this was a little too young....or maybe not....maybe Betty is a cougar.....or....

Uh, I think I'd better stop here.

Have fun on your trip, Betty!!!

Betts (if I may be so familiar...), I'm sorry but I couldn't really enjoy this post because I am still replaying the Dairy Queen scenario in my mind. I've recounted that story twice to my wife and a friend. That was a good one, it will take a while for the imagery to fade. I'm also semi-on-the-hunt for a DQ dipped cone since then. Although there is a DQ a few miles from my house, haven't given in yet. You can bet that my Bride won't let me go get it for her now after your story...

I'll assume you didn't find a water passage all the way to Colorado. I bet you went the way of the birds. I find renting boats better that owning boats for me (I don't live on a body of water).
