Monday Morning Flowers and Cheesecake

That's right, my People.

You get cheesecake today since I missed getting your Monday Morning Flowers to you last week.

Here are your flowers:

And here is your cheesecake.

Please note: Because you are so darn special to me, I got you the variety pack.

Seize the moment. Remember all those women on the Titanic who waved off the dessert cart.

I'm a dessert-first kind of girl, so THANKS! The flowers are beautiful. Happy Monday! :o)

I miss Erma. But we have you to cheer us up and make us laugh, and sometimes make us cry with the recognition of life. You do it all so well. Thank you, BB.

Goodness, those flowers are gorgeous. And that darn cheesecake sure has made me very hungry. I haven't had any cheesecake in a very long time. Off to the story. Take care. Nice to meet you.

BB your post brought back memories of my first bite of NY Cheesecake at 12 y.o. Up until that age I had only had boxed Jello brand quick cheesecake. My parents took me to NYC for the first time that year. We saw Camelot on Broadway, shopped, ate at an Automat, and had real NYC cheesecake at a deli. I'm told it took me nearly an hour to eat my piece.

Cheesecake actually rivals flowers in my book!

I love virtual cheesecake. It's so non-fattening. Especially chocolate turtle cheesecake. Great post.

Well, at least my computer screen is squeaky clean now, if you don't count the traces of saliva from licking it :)

Did you say . . . CHEESECAKE??? Did you know that I LOVE cheesecake? (I bet you probably knew that.) Remember that show that was on TV a while ago - called "Fear Factor"? I always wondered if I declared a FEAR of cheesecake, would they considered locking me up in a room FULL of the stuff? Imagine . . . me, in a room FULL of cheesecake. (Ok, I'm going on about cheesecake way to long - I've put much thought into it, as you can tell.)

Happy Monday to you.

p.s. (Oh, and thanks for the flowers, too!)

You are the best Betty. Gorgeous flower AND the variety pack of cheesecake. By the way, that is my favorite dessert. Now I just have to decide which one I want to sample first.

Gigi said...

Now why do I have the sneaking suspicion that this "virtual" cheesecake is actually adding to the curves in my hips?

Can I claim those extra pounds as "virtual" pounds? Somehow I think my scale will still register them anyway.

Tamago said...

What beautiful flowers! And cheesecake! Mmm!!

The Words Crafter said...

The flowers are beautiful, but give me that cheesecake!!!!!!!!!!!

Kazzy said...

Wow, that cheesecake looks sinfully good!

Susan Gourley/Kelley said...

Oh my gosh, is that caramel drizzled over some of that cheesecake? Mondays really do need flowers or cheesecakes.

Marlene said...

Cheesecake! YUM!! Thank you!!!

I'm looking at your cheesecake as I eat a chocolate ganache cupcake. The cupcake, frankly, is not as good as the price indicated. I'd rather have the cheesecake, please. Plain, strawberries on the side.

Daisy said...

Wow! Flowers AND cheesecake! You make Mondays worth having, Betty. :)
Thank you for thinking of us!

You must travel more often! I'm drooling here.. over your beautiful photos.

Is there something wrong with me that I prefer the flowers? (No... it's just that I had a ginormous piece of banana cream pie tonight and cannot contemplate sugar in any form at this moment.)
