Betty's Christmas Question

Sonny Boy let me borrow his camera to see if I was ready to move up to a Big Girl Camera.

I've been having a lot of fun with it.

Question: If I am really, really good in these days leading up to you-know-what, do you think you-know-who will bring me a pretty new camera?

I think you're an excellent photographer and Santa needs to bring you a cool camera this year!

Ummm...if you've been using the Little Girl camera all this time and taking such fabulous photos, you definitely deserve the Big Girl camera. Let me know if I need to slide Santa a note to verify your name on the Nice list! Happy Friday! :o)

Oh I think there's a pretty good chance of that especially if he reads your blog. :)

If he's anything like my santa, you'll have to either hint like heck about it or go out and buy it yourself.

Yes, I think we should have 'we know who' get you a big girl camera! I can't wait to see what you can do with it!

You TOTALLY deserve a big girl camera. Those photos are AWESOME! I'm very impressed.

I certainly hope you get the camera of your dreams. I think I've said this before, but you have a wonderful sense of framing in your photographs. Really.

I'm not much for taking pictures, though I do occasionally. Whisper it quietly, but for a couple of years, I used a Crayola KidSmart that one of the boys had lost interest in. What it lacked in clarity, it made up for in ease of use. No pesky buttons to push or settings to bother with.

If indeed you ever needed to pass a test, you have graduated! A+ my friend on composition, color, and just plain ole' wonderful STYLE :}

PS If you are wishing for a digital, go for the SLR with interchangeable lenses. Although they still have somewhat of a delay, they have all the features of the NORMAl SLR's with the exception of spending a fortune on developing Hope Santa is good to you :)

I love the way you can make such ordinary items into interesting, appealing photos!

YES! And if you need me to write a letter to Santa on your behalf, the just say the word. :)

A camera would be a nice gift, but for back up you might keep in mind who has the best price. I try the good part, but either it fails a bit or there really isn't a guy in the suit.I got a piece of coal, a favorite phrase.

Great pics! You've definitely entered the Big Girl camera world. Just a hunch, but I think Santa knows this. Have a great weekend!

Great lines and curves, and I love the ladybug photo. Leave you-know-who extra big, homebaked cookies. Send them to me, and I'll make sure he brings you a pretty new camera. xo

You got our vote, we'll send Santa a secret message!

I think you do wonders with whatever camera you've been using so far. The talent is in the photographer, not in the camera. However, if this is on your list and you leave those plain oatmeal cookies for the man in red, he might comply :)

Hah! I think you are MORE than deserving of a 'big girl' camera and even if you weren't you still need one! I love mine and my biggest frustration this week is that I've been void of the time I want to take pictures and write!
I love the tea cups...

You are so ready to move up to that big girl camera. I think you should sit down right now and pen a letter to the jolly old man. Wouldn't hurt to butter him up with some cookies too.
